• We carry out detailed rigorous checks on all job applicants to provide you with a cleaner who is honest, reliable, competent and legally entitled to work in this country.
• You will have access to cleaners you can trust and a back up service to sort out any difficulties that may arise.
• Cleaners are personally interviewed and provide proof of identity and address.
• Same cleaner every week, so they become familiar with your requirements.
• We check all references supplied by past employers.
• Back up cover if your cleaner is sick or needs time off
• Insurance cover for accidental damage or injury to cleaner.
• Job details and confirmation are sent before the job date. This will enable you to know exactly the services you expected to receive and for you to amend if need be.
• You will receive pre- invoice before the job date. This will enable you to fully prepare before the date.
• Prompt action from management if you are not 100% satisfied with the service.
• Relief cleaner can start immediately if necessary, whilst we organise you a permanent one.
• As a business you will be entitled to our Business Customer Account whereby an account is created for your company and you are invoiced on monthly basis for job done.
• We supply all necessary equipments and cleaning materials needed for the jobs in certain post code area.
• We see our cleaners regularly and are well supervised.
•  We contact you after each appointment to confirm your satisfaction. This gives us the opportunity to hear first hand and improve our services to you.
